How do I contact you?

Account

How do I create an account?

You will have the option of creating an account during checkout, or you can also create an account on the My Account page. Once you have an account you can view your order history, edit your shipping and payment information and more.

How do I edit my account information?

Please visit your My Account page.

I forgot my password.

Please visit the Lost Password page. If you need further assistance you can contact us.

Orders

How do I return my product?

Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.

  • All returns require a Return Authorization from customer service.
  • Only full bundle/case quantities may be returned.
  • We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only.
  • Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:  -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • Custom or special run items cannot be returned
  • Some closeout items or special deals may not be eligible for return; these details will be spelled out in the individual item description.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
  • In case of return – freight/shipping cost to customer will not be credited. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs other than in case of our shipping error or product defect.
  • If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.

Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned WITHOUT a return authorization will NOT be refunded.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Products

I can’t find stock mailer boxes on your site, do you still offer them?

If you are interested in a quantity of 1,000 or more, let us know and a representative from Salazar Packaging will get back to you. We no longer stock unprinted, stock mailer boxes for sale through our store.

What is the lead time for my product?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item.

Can my product be custom printed?

Most of our products can be ordered custom printed.  Please contact us for further details or visit our SalazarPackaging.com site to learn more about custom products.

Shipping

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where your shipping charges will be displayed.

My order has been placed but I haven’t received a tracking number?

Once your order ships the website will be updated with your specific tracking information and you will receive a shipment confirmation within 24-48 hours of shipment.

I live in the area. Can I pick up the product myself?

While we love Illinois, our products ship from many different locations that are not local, so pick up is not a viable option.

It says long lead times may apply. Can I pay to expedite?

If an item is labeled this way it means the current lead time is uncertain. Expediting is not an option for these items.

I need product ASAP. Can I pay for expedited shipping?

We may be able to provide and expedited shipping option, however you will need to contact us to determine availability for your specific situation.

Do you ship internationally?

 We do not ship internationally at this time; we only ship to US addresses

Pricing & Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Illinois.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your item(s). Debit card will be debited upon your order.
